Yesterday a vibrant crowd of more than 150 attended a hilarious Lunch & Learn program with creativity expert, Joel Zeff. Zeff electrified the audience with laughter and enlightened participants with messages that aim to create better employees and better people.

His goal was to make everyone laugh, but also to make everyone think. It’s an understatement to say that people laughed during the presentation. They roared!

Zeff used humor to develop a positive environment and gave participants the opportunity to take risks. His humorous and energetic presentation broke down the barriers of fear and embarrassment and helped the audience learn and retain his key messages on creativity, communication, and teamwork.

“I thought Joel hit on many very important points for salespeople. I’ve been in sales for 12 years and this was a very motivating workshop. It is so true that you have to be flexible in dealing with change,” said Tami Dalcolma, Avicom Marketing Communications, asi/127945. She continued, “and his message of ‘don’t quit/stay in the game’ is so important for all of us to remember. You have to be persistent in sales. Just because a client may not be responsive to our call one day doesn’t mean you won’t get the order the next time. I couldn’t agree more with Joel’s overall key messages of enthusiasm, positive support and teamwork.”

John Downey, President of Print Dimensions added, “Joel’s presentation was very entertaining! This was my first time attending an ASI Show! Lunch & Learn and a full-day paid seminar. They’re great! Everything has been excellent and I’m having a fun time.”

Participants were encouraged to be more spontaneous, responsive, confident and more open and flexible to change. The games involved role-playing, thinking on your feet and teamwork.
